February 17th, Pierre Achache, founder of Magica Vision,
presented his project to « Social 3.0 » and « Engage » in Soleilles.


1001pact is a new plateform of participative investment that connects supportive investors and firms that change the world.

Their goal ? Democratize the investment of responsible, socially innovative and economically stable firms, such as Magica Vision, thanks to an equity crowd funding platform connecting particulars, supportive investment professionals and high social/societal/environmental impact firms.

Magica Vision is lead by Pierre Achache, a manager who became blind at 25 but who still managed to succeed in the « NTIC ». He created Magica Vision, a research, expertise and digital development hub to improve visual deficient people’s daily life.

Social 3.0 visited Soleilles Cowork

On Wednesday, January 21st, Soleilles welcomed Social 3.0

Social 3.0

Social 3.0 is a social and societal innovation which role is to help emerging social firms. Based on a community of people willing to get involved in such a project, it articulates social management and collective intelligence.

Christmas co-shopping

On December 12th we organize the Christmas co-shopping, from 12am to 2pm, also after 5pm.

The idea was to help you find out original gifts ideas via Soleilles’ network and meet for a co-lunch. You can talk about it to creators/designers you may know et offer them to contact us at We’ll set up a stand for them on D-Day.




Breakfast Soleilles

Here in Soleilles, we always start the month with a co-friendly breakfast to which each of you is invited. We are waiting for you from 8:45am to 9:45am on 7th so that we will all start well October.

Come and meet new people or meet again former relations to talk about personal or professional projects !

Soleilles members get together to fight against breast cancer !

Caroline Jouan, a Soleilles coworker, her mum Dominique and Claude Foucault, one of the 5 co-founders of Soleilles Cowork get together and set up the team Soleilles for the race against breast cancer that will take place this weekend.

Odyssea association was created in 2002 and has already collected 3.3 millions € that were reversed for research and support for patients and their families. Every year, the race goes through different step towns in France for which it collects funds gathering hundreds of people who run for the good cause : women, men and children.

If you are, as we are, sensitive to this cause, donate, even symbolically, to help to finance our coworkers’ and Odyssea’s action right here : And do not hesitate to promote their initiative by sharing the link with your relatives ! Donations will be reversed by Alvarum, very easy and 100 % secure.

« Place de marché » #2


« Place de Marché Soleilles » comes back on September 16th for a second edition, again with Eric Séguier founder of Pyxis Technologies France and of Ut7. Come enrich this experiment share that will allow you to talk about themes you care about and meet other professionals.

For those who would not know our « Place de March » yet, here is the thing :
– appointment at 6:30 pm at Soleilles
– you’re all welcomed, no predefined audience : coworker, ancient, new, future, manager, independent, passioned, curious…
– you define the workshops’ program
A few examples of subjects from the first edition :
– how to sell ?
– how to find et answer tender offers ?
– how to maximize networks ?
– 3D printing
– fundraising…

But of course we take every ideas ! After a good hour of sharing we all gather for some pre-dinner drinks and continue networking.

Good luck to Demotivateur !

Coworking spaces are usually passing places, the occasion for our beloved coworkers to grow up and leave the nest.

Today, we’re saying goodbye to Démotivateur people who have coworked with us for about 6 months and wishing them good luck. Congratulations for their dynamism and the variety of the content they share and work on.

But we’re also very glad for having welcomed SocialBakers, Carnet de Mode and Factamedia.

Their leaving makes consequently free a space able to welcome 8 people maximum in an isolated open space. Do not hesitate to come and visit, to contact us for more information and to talk about it with your relatives !


Impressions from US experience

I wanted to give my impressions after 10 days in the US that were very inspiring. I found their commercial professionalism appealing and pleasant, so I make you a little feedback based on 3 axes : professionalism, personalization, relaxation.



  • a developed speech, which implies a full knowledge of fees and offers
  • numerous purchase incitement
  • rapid answers to requests
  • they take the time to explain what they’re doing, what are the different steps, etc.


  • a personalized reception
  • a personalized visit when we feel like people are glad to welcome us


  • tone liberty
  • they are comfortable with discussing, they are looking for sharing


I’m coming home with the impression to have heard a lot of positive messages, and even if it is only commercial, it is still pleasant.

This is what I get from my trip to the US, I hope that some of those points will be useful to your firm.
